We employ a team of qualified Interior Designers, highly experienced in office design to work with our clients to deliver the perfect office space for you.
We can pick up a project at any stage whether you are refurbishing existing space or moving to new space, our commercial interiors team will help you through the entire process.

We do complete office interiors with turnkey solutions. We can create a complete space plan, including specifying and drawing all of your office plan, including structural works, interior partitioning, electrical and data plans, mechanical services and produce full plans for council approval where required.
Our Interior Fitout team can project manage all the building works through to completion and compliance.

Working together with the Interior Designers we will create a complete colour plan for your office that reflects your organisations style and vision. This will include carpets, wall colours and fabrics, workstations colours and seating plans.
We provide ergonomic advice and make recommendations on appropriate ergonomic workstations and seating solutions that will assist you in achieving a high level of Occupational Health and Safety compliance.

The end result is a turn key solution to your office fitout needs. The difference will be that it’s clear that the whole plan has been created by a professional team.
When you work with City Business Furniture, our design team can either simply specify and supply all of your office furniture requirements, or do the complete office fitout for you.

Our fees vary according to the job. Typically if you commit to working with our designers on an office refit or fitout that does not include the need for Local Authority Building Consents, you will have the services of our designers for free.

If we are preparing consent plans a scale of fees will apply including the direct costs incurred in gaining consents.
